계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

군단매치 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 계정과 저장된 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 게임은 회원가입이 없으며, 기기에서 만들어진 익명 식별자로만 이용자를 구분합니다.

요청 방법

게임을 실행하고 설정 ▸ 계정 · 데이터 복구를 엽니다.
화면에 표시된 계정 코드를 복사합니다. (32자리 문자열)
아래 주소로 계정 코드와 게임 내 닉네임을 보내주세요.

삭제되는 데이터

⚠️ 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
삭제하면 랭킹 기록, 클라우드 저장 데이터, 대전 기록이 모두 사라지며 복구할 수 없습니다. 기기에 설치된 게임의 진행도는 앱을 삭제하시면 함께 지워집니다.

보관되는 데이터

회사는 삭제 요청 후 이용자의 게임 데이터를 추가로 보관하지 않습니다. 결제 기록은 Google Play가 보관하며 회사는 접근할 수 없습니다. 결제 관련 문의는 Google Play 고객센터를 이용해 주세요.

Account & Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your account and stored data at any time. The game has no sign-up; players are identified only by an anonymous identifier generated on the device.

How to request

Open the game and go to Settings ▸ Account · Restore data.
Copy your account code (a 32-character string).
E-mail us the account code and your in-game nickname.

What gets deleted

Deleted immediately — anonymous device identifier, nickname, trophies, level, highest stage, character appearance, selected team, cloud save data, and match history.
Access logs (IP address, timestamps) are stored in a rotating buffer (about 50 MB) and the oldest entries are deleted automatically. They are not backed up or reused.

⚠️ This cannot be undone.
Deletion permanently removes your leaderboard entry, cloud save and match history. Progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Data we retain

We retain no game data after a deletion request. Purchase records are held by Google Play and are not accessible to us — please contact Google Play Support for billing matters.
