(주)모듀스(이하 "회사")는 모바일 게임 군단매치(Legion Match)(이하 "게임")을 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하는지 설명합니다.

먼저 알려드립니다. 이 게임은 회원가입이 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소 등 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 게임을 처음 실행하면 기기에서 되돌릴 수 없는 형태로 변환한 익명 식별자가 만들어지고, 랭킹과 진행도 백업은 그 식별자에 연결됩니다.

수집하지 않는 정보

이름, 생년월일, 성별, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 주소
연락처·사진·통화기록·문자메시지·위치정보 등 기기 내 개인 데이터
신용카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보 — 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 전달받지 않습니다

2. 보유 및 이용 기간

게임 진행 정보·저장 데이터: 이용자가 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관합니다. 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
대전 기록: 시즌 운영 및 부정 이용 확인을 위해 보관하며, 계정 삭제 시 함께 파기합니다.
접속 기록: 서버 로그는 순환 방식(최대 약 50MB)으로 보관되어 오래된 기록부터 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 별도로 백업하거나 다른 용도로 이용하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

회사는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 다음 사업자의 서비스를 이용합니다.

회사의 게임 서버는 대한민국 내에 위치합니다. 위 사업자의 서비스 이용 과정에서 정보가 해외로 이전될 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 각 사업자의 방침을 따릅니다.

4. 광고 및 맞춤형 광고

게임은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재합니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 관련 법령이 적용되는 지역에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 동의 화면을 표시하며, 이용자는 동의 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다.

맞춤형 광고를 원하지 않으시면 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤형 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. (Android: 설정 ▸ Google ▸ 광고)

게임 내 광고 제거 상품을 구매하시면 전면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 직접 선택해 시청하는 보상형 광고는 계속 이용하실 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제하면 랭킹 기록, 클라우드 저장 데이터, 대전 기록이 모두 사라지며 복구할 수 없습니다. 기기에 설치된 게임의 진행도는 앱을 삭제하시면 함께 지워집니다.

6. 만 14세 미만 아동

이 게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 즉시 파기합니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

서버와의 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
기기 식별자는 원본을 되돌릴 수 없는 해시 형태로만 저장합니다.
서버 접근 권한을 최소한의 인원으로 제한하고, 비정상적인 요청은 자동으로 차단합니다.

8. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경이 있을 때에는 게임 내 공지 또는 우편함을 통해 별도로 안내합니다.

Moduse Co., Ltd. ("we") operates the mobile game Legion Match (the "Game"). This policy explains what information we process and why.

In short: the Game has no sign-up. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or postal address. When you first launch the Game, an irreversibly hashed anonymous identifier is generated on your device; leaderboards and progress backups are linked to that identifier only.

1. What we collect and why

What we do not collect

Name, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, phone number or postal address
Contacts, photos, call logs, SMS, or location data
Payment card details — payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive them

2. Retention

Game progress and save data — kept until you request deletion, then erased without undue delay.
Match records — kept for season operation and abuse checks; erased together with your account.
Access logs — stored in a rotating buffer (about 50 MB); the oldest entries are deleted automatically. They are not backed up or reused.

3. Sharing and processors

We never sell your data. We use the following services:

Google AdMob (Google LLC) — in-game advertising (Google Privacy Policy)
Google Play Billing (Google LLC) — in-app purchases; Google handles all payment data and we only learn whether a purchase completed

Our game servers are located in the Republic of Korea. Data may be transferred internationally through the services above, subject to their own policies.

4. Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. In the EEA, the UK and other regions where required, a consent form is shown before any ad request, and you may choose whether to consent.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads).

Purchasing the Remove Ads item disables interstitial ads. Rewarded ads that you choose to watch remain available.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing at any time.

Deletion permanently removes your leaderboard entry, cloud save and match history. This cannot be undone.

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.

7. Security

All communication with our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
Device identifiers are stored only in irreversible hashed form.
Server access is limited to essential personnel, and abnormal requests are blocked automatically.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the update and its effective date on this page. Material changes that affect you adversely will also be announced in-game.
