These terms govern your use of the mobile game Legion Match (the "Game"),
operated by Moduse Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them.
No sign-up. The Game has no account registration. Your progress is tied to an
anonymous identifier generated on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
1. Account and progress
Progress is linked to an anonymous device identifier; no registration is required.
To move to a new device, use the recovery code shown under Settings ▸ Account in the Game.
⚠️ The recovery code is erased when you uninstall the app. Write it down in advance.
We cannot restore progress without it.
2. In-game currencies
Gold — earned by playing; used for monster and gear upgrades.
Gems — earned by playing or purchased with real money.
Arena tickets — consumed to enter the Arena; they refill over time.
All in-game currencies and items are a limited licence to use them inside the Game.
They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
3. Purchases and refunds
Payments, cancellations and refunds follow the policies of Google Play or the
App Store. Please direct refund requests to the relevant store.
Drop rates for randomised items (summon and gear chests) are shown as percentages on the
product screen inside the Game, and match the actual rates used.
Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
4. Pre-registration reward
This section applies to the Google Play pre-registration reward.
Who — players who pre-registered for the Game on Google Play
before its public release.
What — 200 gems, 3,000 gold and
one premium summon. The monster obtained from the summon is random,
following the drop rates shown in the Game.
How — granted automatically the first time you launch the Game
using the same Google account you pre-registered with. No claim step is needed.
When — from the public release date. If you change devices or reinstall before
claiming, it is still granted on the same account.
Limits — once per account. It has no cash value and is not
refundable, transferable or exchangeable.
We may reclaim rewards obtained, or attempted to be obtained, by fraudulent means.
5. Advertising
The Game may show ads. Rewarded ads are only shown when you choose to watch them. Purchasing the
Remove Ads Pack removes automatically displayed interstitial ads; optional rewarded
ads remain available.
6. Your responsibilities
The following are prohibited and may result in loss of progress, removal of ranking records or
restriction of access:
Modifying game data or generating currency or records by abnormal means
Using automation tools or placing excessive load on our servers
Impersonating others or using offensive nicknames
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the Game to improve it. If we discontinue the service we will give notice at least
30 days in advance, in-game and on the store listing, and handle unused paid
currency as required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including network failures and
changes to store or device-manufacturer policies, nor for progress lost through a missing recovery
code. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will try to resolve any dispute
by agreement first.
10. Changes to these terms
Updates are posted on this page with their effective date. Changes that adversely affect you are
announced in-game at least 7 days beforehand.
